ABC’s popular afternoon show “GMA3: What You Need to Know” hosted a “Coldwater Kitchen” segment that featured interviews with co-director Brian Kaufman and film stars Chef Jimmy Lee Hill, Ernest Davis and Dink Dawson. As “GMA3” put it, Chef Hill’s program gives incarcerated citizens “a second chance, one dish at a time.”
