‘Coldwater Kitchen’ Screening, Meal & Conversation in TC
This screening of “Coldwater Kitchen” is being presented by Traverse City Food & Wine and City Opera House and as part of the TCF&F. Most of our team will be in Traverse City for this awesome festival in one of Michigan’s great summer locales.
The event will include a screening of the documentary, a conversation with the filmmakers and film stars, and a dessert prepared by the men whose stories are told in the movie.
Dining option is available, which offers a lite, multi-course tasting and a welcome beverage. Dining ticket holders will be provided assigned seating based upon party sizes.

“Coldwater Kitchen” is part of the program at the Brigaid Summit, a two-day event that describes itself as “a call to action for everyone invested in the future of food.” Immediately following the screening, there will be a conversation featuring film stars Chef Jimmy Lee Hill, Dink Dawson and Ernest Davis, film advisor Muhammad Abdul-Hadi and producer Desiré Vincent Levy.
